Kabobs for a low carb dinner are always a good idea! This night we did chicken, peppers, onions, and mushrooms. I prefer to do meat separate from veggies so that the meat doesn’t dry out by the time the vegetables are done.
The meat and vegetables were marinated in a mixture of avocado oil, soy sauce, minced jar garlic, salt, and hot honey.

More Kabobs
For someone who actually prefers steak over chicken any single day of the week, I sure do make a lot of chicken kabobs.

I dipped my kabobs in greek yogurt french onion dip (greek yogurt + french onion seasoning mix) and had a side of strawberries.
