My current hyperfixation lunch has been a pastrami sandwich. No joke I’ve eaten it almost every day during the week for lunch the past few weeks. It’s so good! I pair it with fruit (lately blueberries or cantaloupe) and Pringles or The Good Crisp Company crisps. It’s pretty filling and seems to hold me over until dinner for the most part.
My sandwich always has about 3 oz of Boar’s Head pastrami, 1 to 2 slices havarti cheese, green leaf lettuce, 2 tbsp Thousand Island dressing, and oftentimes pickles, sandwiched between 2 slices of sourdough bread that I heat in a pan with avocado oil spray to get a little toasty.   Â

Not only is my current hyperfixation lunch delicious but I can almost always fit it into my calorie deficit for the day! Â
