Week 3 of carnivore-ish (protein January) has officially come and gone! This was the week of my cycle, which means headaches. I did not get one cycle headache this week. Like what!? This could be a total coincidence, but regardless, it’s very odd because I ALWAYS get headaches this time of the month. I got a small headache on the last day of my cycle because I didn’t have caffeine until later in the day which will also give me a headache, but as soon as I had my caffeine it went away. Usually I have to take Ibuprofen for these monthly headaches.
