I just wanted to share my lunch from earlier that I enjoyed on my way back home from up north, because it was delicious! Tommy’s Dad’s girlfriend actually whipped it up for me on my way out the door! She made me a chicken salad sandwich using Sam’s Club chicken salad, large Ciabatta rolls, and romaine lettuce- so simple and much more healthy than stopping for fast food.
I love a good chicken salad!
