Fruit is always a nice and refreshing side dish to have on a menu for a social gathering.  These fruit kabobs are a fun and tasty way to add a twist!

What You Need for the Fruit Kabobs

Easy Steps

  1. Cut the watermelon into bite-sized chunks and cut the tops off the strawberries.
  2. Next, skewer the watermelon, strawberries, and blackberries in whatever pattern/order you’d like.
  3. Then, slowly melt the white chocolate in the microwave.
  4. Once the chocolate is melted, drizzle it over the fruit kabobs, garnish with a few blueberries, and sprinkle with coconut to finish!

Eat right away or store in the refrigerator- the chocolate will harden.

Enjoy!
