This BBQ chicken salad is hands down one of the best salads I have ever made! Salads (and most meals) are usually always better at a restaurant but this one is restaurant quality in my opinion.
BBQ Chicken Salad Ingredients
- Mixed Greens
- Shaved Carrots
- Cheddar Cheese
- Green Onion
- Pico de Gallo
- Cilantro
- Crispy Jalapeños
- Grilled Chicken (see marinade here) Topped with BBQ Sauce
- Homemade-ish Buttermilk Ranch
The ranch is delicious and almost restaurant perfection! It’s just 1 cup of mayo, 1 cup buttermilk, and 1 packet of Hidden Valley ranch dressing. I don’t remember where I saw that recipe, it could be on the back of the box, I’m not sure!
